For Palestinians, the Nakba doesn’t represent one historical event, but it represents an ongoing process that they endure on a daily basis. In 2025, 77 years after the establishment of the State of Israel, the world is watching the ongoing Nakba, which in Gaza has escalated into genocide, including the large-scale destruction of homes, schools, hospitals, universities, churches, and all infrastructure. The violence on the West Bank has also increased hugely during the last year. Although these war crimes are known and documented, the international community does not intervene and Western states keep supporting the State of Israel politically and militarily. We are writing to express our mourning for the loss of lives and the attempted destruction of a whole society, and to express our solidarity with the Palestinian people and all those who support their struggle. Seminar suorganiziraju Centar za ženske studije, Institut za etnologiju i fokloristiku iz Zagreba i četiri akademske institucije iz Hrvatske, Italije i Austrije. Projekt je uspješno izveden u Splitu, Napulju, Beogradu i Ljubljani, a u 2025. realizirat će se u Zagrebu. Cilj je projekta pružiti svjedočanstvo o načinu na koji žene percipiraju svoj položaj u društvu, a koji izražavaju odgovorom na pitanje ”Kako se osjećam?”. U svakom od gradova sudionika, pa tako i u Zagrebu, na citylight plakatnim mjestima i u medijskom prostoru postavlja se „upit“ kojim se žene poziva da se jave na besplatni telefon 0800 10 22 i ostave anonimnu poruku. Telefonska poruka podrazumijeva izbor između tri ponuđene opcije odgovora na pitanje osjeća li se žena: zadovoljnom, diskriminiranom ili zlostavljanom. Drugi segment projekta je kontinuirano informiranje o statistici odgovora koji će biti predstavljen na izložbi, ali i na velikim oglasnim displejima na gradskim trgovima, na internetu i u izložbenom prostoru Muzeja grada Zagreba. Rezultati projekta bit će uključeni u retrospektivnu izložbu autorice u Muzeju suvremene umjetnosti. Uz autoricu Andreju Kulunčić na predstavljanju projekta i raspravi sudjelovat će i suradnice na projektu: Dunja Bonacci Skenderović, neovisna konzultantica za suzbijanje nasilja nad ženama; Lana Bobić, feministička teologinja; Dorotea Šušak, aktivistkinja i izvršna direktorica Centra za ženske studije; Nataša Bijelić, sociologinja, stručna suradnica u CESI-Centar za edukaciju, savjetovanje i istraživanje i Marina Perica Krapljanov, kustosica projekta i izložbe INDEX.ŽENE.
